Join Petra for an hour of guided meditation and relaxation in which the experience of meditation is the most important.
Petra Kormendy has been teaching meditation for more than 10 years, she is trained in different meditation traditions, such as vipassana, sufi, zen, mantra, kriya, tantra, and several Christian meditation techniques. She teaches basics of enabling your heart to feel, your mind to silence and your whole being to open.
How to get to location:
Head down Capucijnenstraat from the Vrijthof until you see Circumflex and Montessori school on the left. Head into the driveway and slightly to the left an up towards the gate. From there you’ll see our brightly colored signs. You can park your bike inside and the way to The InnBetween continues through the garden on the left.
